Yes! Take advantage of CUSTOM FRAMING Virtual Consultations with our team! Here's how it works:

1. Contactless Drop-off | Pick-up Service  
Send us an email including your details, images of your items to be framed along with a brief description of what framing you had in mind. Next, give us a call! We love a good chat. One of our amazing team members will talk through your project with you, confirm your details and organise a time for your to drop off your items or have them collected by one of our drivers. 
2. Virtual Consultation 
We will then organize a formal, virtual consultation where we will discuss your project in detail and talk you through your custom framing options. Once the details are signed off and locked in we will then take a contactless payment. 
3. Contactless Collection | Delivery 
You will be contacted when your items are ready. If you are within the 5km radius, simply let us know when you plan to collect and we will have your items packed ready and waiting for you! Alternatively let us know if you need us to deliver straight to your door. Our current hours of operation are 9am-5pm | Monday - Friday

Who are you?

We are one big family. We have proudly been a part of the Newtown and Marrickville community in Sydney for over 20 years and we love working with our local artists and businesses. We have been in the framing business for a long time and never tire of making beautiful things.

How do I get in touch?

During Sydney Lockdown we recommend getting in touch via phone or email. We love a good chat with our clients! Our current hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. 

 

I have put an order through on line. What happens next?

Once your order has been placed our processing team will send it through for production. Our production team will then get busy printing and framing your order. The production of your order usually takes about 2 weeks to complete. If you are picking up in store, one of our staff will notify you to let you know when it is ready to collect. If you require shipping, our dispatch team with box your order and organize delivery. You will then be notified by email and will be provided with the shipping information and tracking. Shipping time varies depending on your location.

How long will my order take?
All products are made to order, in-house using locally sourced materials and have a production time of between 5-14 working days not including delivery. Please be aware, turnaround time can be subject to delays related to availability of materials. 

Print orders ship approximately 5 business days from the order date.
Frame orders ship approximately 14 business days from the order date. 
Specialist products, such as our Artist Print Collections take approximately 2-4 weeks for delivery in Australia and approximately 4 weeks for international destinations.
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please allow 1-3 days for delivery in Sydney Metro areas and 5-7 for interstate and rural areas If your order is time critical please let us know as we may be able to accommodate.

Do you provide custom framing?

Absolutely! We frame it all; jerseys, memorabilia, photographic prints, art prints, mirrors. There is no framing job too specific or unusual.

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay lets you buy what you want today, receive it right away and pay for it over four equal fortnightly instalments interest free. To select Afterpay as your payment method simply do so at the checkout. You will be redirected to the Afterpay site where you can register or log in to complete your purchase. We will ship your order out as soon as you complete the purchase as per our normal shipping terms.
For first time Afterpay customers the first payment will be charged at the time of purchase. Existing Afterpay customers will be charged for their first instalment 14 days after their purchase. A detailed payment schedule will be provided by Afterpay at the time of purchase.
To use this service, you must live in Australia, be over 18 years of age and complete your purchase with a debit or credit card.
