Shipping - Australia and International

Once you place your order online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details, as well as an email directly from ARTHOUSE CO, to the email address you have specified on your order. 

When your delivery is booked for delivery, you shall receive an email advising your Artwork is on it way to you. Tracking details are provided to you via email with periodic updates on its status via our Art Courier.

Your framed artwork is professionally packaged and boxed and is always shipped with a trusted Art Courier. 

All prints and artwork deliveries will be labelled with an Authority to Leave notice. Please ensure that the elected delivery address has a safe and secure area for the item to be placed if you are unable to be present for delivery.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide delivery to PO Box addresses.

All Framed Artwork products are made to order to our team of Printers and Framer and have a term around time of 14 days. This time frame does not account for delivery time. Estimated delivery times are listed below:

International Delivery 

Due to shipping logistics, and international shipping costs, framing options are not advised for International Orders. Please contacts us at if you would like an International Shipping quotation. Unframed prints are sent in an Art Tube via our selected international couriers.
