Due to changes in border restrictions, health and safety procedures as well as a significant increase in online ordering, the companies we rely on to deliver your goods are experiencing significant delays across the country.
Whilst we understand that delays of any length can be frustrating, we want to assure you that we are doing everything in our power to get your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible. However, at this time we are unable to provide any guarantees regarding delivery and take no responsibility for delays caused by Couriers and Shipping Agents.

When goods leave our factory you will receive a shipping notification with an estimated time of arrival. This is provided to us by our Courier delivery service. It is important to note that this is an ESTIMATE ONLY. Therefore, we advise all of our customers to visit the website of the delivery service provider and use their tracking number to receive more accurate updates and information regarding the delivery of their goods.

 

Due to Covid Safety Regulations, couriers are currently labeling all goods with an ‘Authority to Leave’ notice. The Art and Framing Company and Arthouse co take no responsibility for the placement of your items if no one is home to receive the delivery.

The Art and Framing Company does not guarantee specific delivery dates/times. If delivery of your order is time sensitive please contact us at: sales@artandframingco.com.au or call us 02 9519 9080 and we will try our best to accommodate.

All shipments will be labelled with an Authority to Leave notice. Please ensure that the elected delivery address has a safe and secure area for the item to be placed if you are unable to be present for delivery. If elected address is an apartment or unit, items will be left in best accessible area, whether that be front door, lobby, mail area or shared corridor.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide delivery to PO Box addresses.

All our products are made to order and have a term around time of 14 days. This time frame does not account for delivery time. Estimated delivery times are listed below:

Please Note: To offer you the lowest possible shipping rates, we combine similar items in one shipment. If an item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we may hold the rest of your order until it is complete. Rest assured we will contact you if there is a delay. 

 

PACKAGING

  • Posters, photographs and art prints are carefully rolled with protective paper to protect against dust before being packaged in a tube. Prints should only be removed by a professional framer. The Art and Framing Company is not responsible for any scratches or damage to a print once it has been removed from its packaging.
  • Framed items and Canvas items are first bubble wrapped then placed in cardboard shipping carton custom fit to each order.
  • Acrylic Products are wrapped in tissue paper, bubble wrapped then placed in cardboard shipping carton custom fit to each order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Tracking is not provided for international standard shipments.
