Holiday Dates and Production Guide
Each artwork is individually made to order and thoughtfully printed and framed in-house by our dedicated Printing Studio and Framing Factory teams. We take great care at every stage of the process to ensure your piece is finished to the highest standard.
Once your order is complete and on its way, you’ll receive an email with full tracking details so you can follow its journey home.
Holiday Trading Dates
Our studio will be taking a short pause over the Christmas and New Year period.
Last trading day:
Tuesday 23rd December, 9:00am – 5:00pm
We reopen:
Monday 12th January 2026, from 9:00am
Kindly note:
Orders placed during this period will be lovingly prepared once we return on
12th January 2026. Please allow an additional 14 business days
from this date for production and dispatch.
While our showroom and workshop will be closed, our online store remains open around the clock. We’ll continue to keep an eye on enquiries, so if your order is time-sensitive, please feel welcome to reach out.
Production Timeframes
All artworks are produced and dispatched from our Sydney showroom and factory in Marrickville.
Every piece is custom made by our in-house Printing Studio and Framing Factory teams, ensuring a consistent level of craftsmanship across our collections.
- Print Only Artwork: Approximately 3 business days
- Framed Artwork Collections: Up to 14 business days
