Frameorders take approximately 14 business days to complete, whilst Printorders take around 3-5 business days. Items from ourArtist Print Collections are specialty products and take approximately 2-3 weeks.
All print and framing products are made to order in our Marrickville workshop. Quality takes time so we thank you for your patience. Don't hesitate to contact us if your order is time sensitive and we will do our best to accommodate.
In-store Pick Ups:
At the checkout, you can choose from either In-Store Pick up or Delivery. If you choose to collect your items from our Marrickville stores, we will notify you when your order is completed and ready to collect.

Due to changes in border restrictions, health and safety procedures as well as a significant increase in online ordering, the companies we rely on to deliver your goods are experiencing significant delays across the country. Whilst we understand that delays of any length can be frustrating, we want to assure you that we are doing everything in our power to get your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible. However, at this time we are unable to provide any guarantees regarding delivery.
The Art and Framing Company and Arthouse co take no responsibility for delays caused by Couriers and Shipping Agents.
Shipping - Regular Times
The Art and Framing Company does not guarantee specific delivery dates/times. If delivery of your order is time sensitive please contact us at:sales@artandframingco.com.auor call us 02 9519 9080 and we will try our best to accommodate.
All shipments will be labelled with anAuthority to Leavenotice. Please ensure that the elected delivery address has a safe and secure area for the item to be placed if you are unable to be present for delivery. If elected address is an apartment or unit, items will be left in best accessible area, whether that be front door, lobby, mail area or shared corridor.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide delivery to PO Box addresses.
All our products are made to order and have a term around time of 14 days. This time frame does not account for delivery time. Estimated delivery times are listed below:
Please Note: To offer you the lowest possible shipping rates, we combine similar items in one shipment. If an item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we may hold the rest of your order until it is complete. Rest assured we will contact you if there is a delay.
PACKAGING
Posters, photographs and art prints are carefully rolled with protective paper to protect against dust before being packaged in a tube. Prints should only be removed by a professional framer. The Art and Framing Company is not responsible for any scratches or damage to a print once it has been removed from its packaging.
Framed items and Canvas items are first bubble wrapped then placed in cardboard shipping carton custom fit to each order.
Acrylic Products are wrapped in tissue paper, bubble wrapped then placed in cardboard shipping carton custom fit to each order.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When goods leave our factory you will receive a shipping notification with an estimated time of arrival. This is provided to us by our Courier delivery service. It is important to note that this is an ESTIMATE ONLY. Therefore, we advise all of our customers to visit the website of the delivery service provider and use their tracking number to receive more accurate updates and information regarding the delivery of their goods.Tracking is not provided for international standard shipments.

The Iconic Archival Collection:
Sizes listed on Iconic Archival Collection products are based on the IMAGE SIZE. Please carefully read the table below to see the finished size of your chosen product before making your selection. Framed Print sizes take into account the size of the frame's face reveal as well as the 7cm Matt border around the print. Framed Canvas sizes include the Canvas Float Frame's face reveal as well as the shadow line gap between the canvas and the frame. Canvas are printed border-less, or 'edge to edge', where the image meets the edge of the canvas.
The Art and Framing Company & The Edit Collections:
Sizes listed on The Art and Framing Company and The Edit products are based on the PRINTSIZE. Please carefully read the table below to see the finished size of your chosen product before making your selection. Framed Print sizes include the size of the frame's face reveal as well as the 5cm print border around the image. Details
Our Print Collection is curated by The Art and Framing Company.
Each design is Giclee printed on either 260gsm Matte paper or 350gsm Matte Satin canvas, then mounted and framed with a high quality timber moulding.
The moulding used is 40mm depth and has a 20mm face reveal. The XL (used on oversized images) has a frame that is 30mm on face reveal and 45mm depth. The Canvas 'L Frame' has a 7mm face reveal and a 5mm shadow line around the canvas.
Some of our prints come with a 50mm print border, which will be shown in the image. When printing on canvas we print the image 'edge to edge' (right up to the frame edge).
If you require a custom size, let us know as, everything is printed and framed in house.
